The purpose of Electric Revolution, Inc. is to teach you what and how to eat to live by optimizing your health. True Consciousness has everything to do with how we are feeding our mind, body and soul. What we feed our bodies control our actions, thoughts and emotions. We MUST be mindful that what we've been taught is good food IS really bad for us (i.e. meat, dairy, soy, white sugar). Our bodies are electric therefore, electric foods should be ingested.
